Higher Degree in architecture

Familiarity with BIM processes and experience with various building types is a notable plus

Develop architectural projects from concept through to technical design stage

Create architectural solutions and coordinate them with clients and other project stakeholders

Work with Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software

Produce 3D models and prepare visualizations

Prepare project documentation and coordinate it with clients and relevant authorities

Strong proficiency in Revit (mandatory)

Knowledge of AutoCAD is a significant advantage

Good command of written and spoken English

Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently when making decisions

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering

3–5 years of experience in the design of electrical systems for industrial, manufacturing, and public buildings

Experience with 3D modelling software (Revit is considered an advantage)

Prepare electrical engineering design documentation

Design electrical systems for buildings, including power distribution, lighting, and lightning protection

Develop calculations, technical drawings, specifications, and BIM models (Revit)

Coordinate design solutions with clients, project teams, and relevant authorities

Provide design supervision and support throughout project implementation

Valid Lithuanian Project Design Manager (PDV) certification

Good command of written and spoken English

Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities

Proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Strong teamwork and communication skills

At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager following the issuance of the Project Manager (PV) certification

Prepare and manage project schedules

Coordinate all disciplines involved in building design projects

Review 3D BIM models and provide comments and coordination feedback

Communicate with clients and represent the company throughout the project

Coordinate project approvals with relevant authorities, submit documentation through the Infostatyba system, and manage approvals with the National Land Service (NŽT)

Supervise project implementation during the construction phase

Valid Lithuanian Project Manager (PV) and Project Design Manager (PDV) certifications for special buildings

Good command of written and spoken English

Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities

Proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
