The new Doloop factory extension project is a strategic four-phase development designed to harmonize industrial efficiency with modern architectural aesthetics. Guided by the site's unique configuration and functional requirements, the complex integrates nearly 30,000 square meters of production, warehousing, and administrative space. The exterior features a sophisticated palette of light and dark grey sandwich panels, accented by iconic circular openings in the first-stage canopy and a prominent high-volume tower in the third stage. To emphasize the company’s brand identity, the administrative wings utilize green-tinted glass and custom-cast vertical concrete elements. A distinctive light-green polycarbonate wall is integrated near the office zones to provide essential acoustic shielding from heavy transport noise while maintaining a lightweight visual profile. Internally, the production areas prioritize a clean and bright environment through white-painted structures, polished concrete floors, and expansive skylights that double as smoke ventilation. The administrative interiors adopt a modern industrial look, blending natural wood and raw concrete with Doloop’s signature green accents to reflect their commitment to sustainability. Employee well-being is addressed through strategically placed mezzanine rest areas and biophilic elements like climbing ivy on the facade’s cable systems. Environmental responsibility is further anchored by the installation of white reflective PVC roofing, which is optimized for both solar energy collection and passive cooling. This comprehensive expansion creates a cohesive and future-ready industrial landmark that seamlessly connects new infrastructure with the existing facility.
