The Baltic Tech Park will be a hub for students, entrepreneurs, and innovators to exchange ideas, test prototypes, and develop businesses. The design of the second building includes specialized spaces for learning technologies, with facades that reflect the aesthetic of Klaipeda and the complex. The building's lightness is enhanced by a transparent first floor, giving the appearance of a floating second floor.
