Žalgirio 94 architecture aims to react to the vibrant and diverse Žalgirio street environment. Architectural context of the surroundings is very diverse and uneven, therefore we have decided on a more laconic and silent architectural expression. Since the Žalgirio street is facing a lot of new developments and is becoming more and more active, the ground floor is dedicated to commerce. Also, the building’s footprint follows the perimeter of the street. Therefore, the volume is contributing to the creation of a clearly-distinguished street space and a city-like atmosphere is being established.
