The eMarket City project is transforming a former industrial site in Vilnius into a dynamic business campus. Strategically located at the intersection of Eišiškių plentas and Geologų Street, close to the southern bypass and Vilnius Airport, the development revitalizes a historically industrial area, bringing new life through contemporary architecture, sustainable design, and flexible spaces for commerce, storage, and offices.
Spanning across 3.9 hectares and comprising approximately 18,600 m² of functional space, eMarket City is designed to meet the needs of small and medium-sized businesses, promoting economic growth and urban regeneration in the southern part of Vilnius.
Project Stages

The first phase of eMarket City marks the beginning of a contemporary business hub in Vilnius. Covering 6,400 m², the completed complex integrates warehouse, office, and retail functions within a flexible, sustainable framework tailored to growing enterprises. Opened 2023.

The second phase continues the campus expansion with the development of two new buildings (D and E), adding 6,200 m² of space. This phase follows A++ energy efficiency standards and enhances the overall campus with new, modern facilities for warehousing, office, and retail activities. Opening 2025 Q3.

The third phase will complete the eMarket City development with the addition of F and G buildings, contributing another 6,000 m². Upon completion, the campus will offer a total of approximately 18,600 m² of modern, efficient spaces for business activities. Opening 2026 Q4.
