Lighthouse Coworking and Coliving, Klaipėda

The Lighthouse project represents a significant revitalization of a plot of land in Klaipėda, encompassing the design of four distinct buildings. The development is anchored by a main structure characterized by a red brick, minimalist aesthetic, and incorporates a notable existing chimney and an abandoned railway line traversing the plot as historical-industrial features, adding a unique character to the area. The building houses a dynamic mix of uses, including a coworking space and a capsule hotel, fostering a vibrant and contemporary environment.

One of the other three newly designed buildings accommodates a social sciences school, while the remaining structure caters to various businesses. The fourth building, currently in the design stage, will host wellness and medical facilities. The overall design approach seeks to integrate the new structures with the existing urban fabric while establishing a strong visual identity across the entire development, embracing both the site's history and its contemporary transformation.
