The architectural design of this Catholic school in Vilnius is thoughtfully determined by its existing urban fabric, its function as an educational institution, and the potential for a future church extension on the site. Internally, the building prioritizes flexibility with predominantly movable partitions, allowing spaces to be easily adapted and combined as needed. Recognizing its Catholic identity, the central common space staircase is ingeniously designed to serve as an amphitheater for religious services, ensuring accessibility for the wider community. The selection of long-lasting materials and enduring design solutions, coupled with its inherent flexibility and sensitivity to the surrounding urban context, aims to create a timeless piece of architecture.
