Office Building, Dariaus ir Girėno 28A

Two contemporary administrative buildings in Vilnius – seamlessly integrates into the growing Avia City quarter. In designing them, we capitalized on the complex terrain, creating two functional terraces: a lower one for parking, and an upper one dedicated to the vibrant "Aviapark" with leisure zones and art installations. Building A features a multi-story car park built into the slope, while Building B rises as an elegant seven-story structure. These two buildings are connected by a unique underground link, serving as a unifying thread between the spaces. The facades, characterized by their sleek glass surfaces and aluminum lamellas, reflect the aviation theme, giving the complex a modern and dynamic appearance. On the ground floors, we've designed open, permeable spaces that will house conference centers, restaurants, cafes, and co-working areas, fostering a sense of community. This complex not only effectively separates the active urban streetscape from a tranquil oasis of relaxation but also creates a comfortable, harmonious environment for work and leisure. Every detail – from strategic entry points to the landscaped ramp connecting the terraces – has been meticulously planned for maximum functionality and aesthetic appeal. We are proud that this project represents a sustainable and innovative solution, meeting the demands of a contemporary city.
