The Pro Bro Business Campus in Pilaitė, Vilnius, symbolizes the long-standing collaboration between 2L Architects and Pro Bro, evolving from tunnel car wash projects to the design of a multifunctional business quarter. Located at the intersection of Senosios Pilaitės Road and Pilaitės Avenue, next to the Pilaitė Castle site and manor, the campus redefines the entrance to the district with a clear, cohesive urban composition. A project was developed in 3 stages.

2L Architects were responsible for coordinating the design of the entire quarter, ensuring consistent technical quality and the realization of the architectural vision across all project phases. Despite a challenging and changing market environment, the client and design team remained committed to maintaining the original concept and high-quality solutions.

The development includes four distinct volumes: the PB Office administrative building, a retail building, and two car wash facilities — a Pro Bro tunnel wash and a Pro Bro Express hand wash. Each volume is unified by careful massing, rounded building corners, a rhythmic façade composition of glass and aluminum, and landscape integration with semi-public green areas.

The architectural approach emphasizes functionality, urban integration, and durability, responding sensitively to the historical and natural context of Pilaitė. Key sustainability measures and efficient site planning were prioritized from the outset, reflecting a shared commitment to long-term value creation.

This campus represents not only a functional achievement but also a shared vision realized through perseverance, close collaboration, and attention to detail at every stage.
