Teltonika High-Tech Hill is one of the largest and most ambitious technology park developments in Lithuania and the Baltic region. Located in the Liepkalnis district of Vilnius, the park will cover approximately 50 hectares, transforming a former undeveloped area into a vertically integrated high-tech ecosystem combining research, development, manufacturing, and administration.

2L Architects played a strategic role in shaping the future vision of the park by preparing the overall masterplan and leading the design of the first three major buildings: A Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing plant, A Plastics and Mechanical Components factory, An Electronics Assembly and Testing Center.

The masterplan structure ensures functional clarity and future expansion potential, integrating manufacturing, administrative, logistics, and public zones into a coherent, forward-looking urban fabric. Particular attention was paid to sustainability, accessibility, and spatial identity, establishing a dynamic, green, and human-centered innovation environment.

The full development, led by Teltonika IoT Group, envisions up to €3.7 billion in investments by 2028 and the creation of approximately 5,000–6,000 jobs. Teltonika High-Tech Hill positions Lithuania as a significant emerging player in Europe's high-tech and semiconductor sectors.

This project reflects 2L Architects' expertise in managing complex large-scale industrial campuses — balancing technical precision, architectural quality, and long-term urban vision.
