The Teltonika Technology Center in Molėtai represents a major leap in Lithuania’s regional industrial development, combining modern manufacturing, research, and administrative functions within a single complex. Covering approximately 10 900 m², the center accommodates electronics production units, research and development laboratories, administrative and design offices, testing facilities, and logistics spaces for product storage and distribution.

Positioned strategically near the main entrance to Molėtai, the building marks a new gateway to the town, both physically and symbolically. Its integration into a mixed-use environment — surrounded by residential neighborhoods and commercial premises — demanded a sensitive urban approach. The facility not only complements its surroundings through thoughtful scale and materiality but also signals a dynamic future for the region.

The design prioritizes internal communication and transparency: large open-plan office zones, modular meeting rooms, a spacious lobby, and wide glass corridors encourage collaboration across different departments. A multifunctional second-floor atrium, connecting production and administrative wings, serves as a gathering space for relaxation, training sessions, lectures, and informal work, enhancing the social fabric of the workplace.

The building’s exterior features a rhythm of vertical aluminum elements and glass façades with sun control systems, balancing openness with energy efficiency. Sustainable solutions, such as light-reflective PVC roofing and energy-conscious building envelope design, contribute to the center's environmental performance. Construction utilized innovative structural systems that allowed for large, flexible spans across the production zones, maximizing usability while minimizing material waste.

The center already plays a key role in regional development: more than 215 new jobs have been created, with the total expected to rise to around 500 in the coming years. The project strengthens Molėtai’s economic base and serves as a catalyst for positioning the town as an emerging hub for high-tech industries in Lithuania.
