2L Architects designed the new Teltonika Vilnius PCB Factory in the "High-Tech Hill" technology park, marking a significant step in Lithuania’s ambitions to strengthen its high-value manufacturing sector. Built on a 6.3-hectare site near Gaujos Street, the facility covers more than 33,000 m² with production, storage, and three floors of administrative spaces.
The building, developed rapidly, meets A++ energy efficiency standard, featuring highly efficient HVAC systems, rooftop solar panels, and modern building automation (BMS).
Architecturally, the design combines clean industrial functionality with dynamic visual expression: the bold composition separates the production and administrative zones into distinct volumes, articulated through glass façades, aluminum panels, and vertical lamella elements, enhancing natural light flow and visual lightness.
The Teltonika PCB Factory is a flagship example of sustainable, future-proof industrial architecture in Lithuania, setting new benchmarks for manufacturing environments in the region.
