Located in the Teltonika High-Tech Hill technology park in Vilnius, the new Teltonika Plastics & Mechanics Factory will play a key role in strengthening Lithuania's high-value manufacturing sector. The complex covers more than 27,000 m², comprising 22,231 m² of production spaces and 4,887 m² of warehousing facilities.

The factory is designed to meet A++ energy efficiency standards, integrating sustainable solutions such as renewable energy use, advanced recycling systems, and smart building management (BMS). Architecturally, the design balances industrial functionality with environmental sensitivity, preserving natural elements such as a mature pine tree at the main entrance.

Upon completion, the facility will create approximately 250 new jobs, employing around 100 administrative staff and 150 production workers across three shifts. The factory will specialize in thermoplastic injection molding and precision metal part manufacturing, supporting Teltonika's strategic vertical integration goals.

This project stands out for its remarkable development speed, having secured permits and progressed to near-completion within an unprecedentedly short timeframe.
