This latest urban development reimagines modern living by the river with a distinctive design conceived by Scandurra Studio. The project features eight three-story, square-shaped volumes, thoughtfully arranged to maximize both privacy and public enjoyment. It ingeniously incorporates an underground parking facility, seamlessly integrating convenience with a focus on green spaces.
By skillfully leveraging the site's natural slope, Scandurra Studio's architecture harmoniously blends into the landscape, significantly reducing the environmental impact of construction. This approach not only demonstrates a commitment to sustainability but also delivers exceptional economic efficiency. Optimal natural light and views were meticulously planned for, ensuring that each of the standalone and combined building units benefits from the surrounding environment. Unique 3-meter high landscaped corridors are created between buildings, defining inviting pathways and connecting the various structures. The design thoughtfully adapts to administrative boundaries and diverse functional requirements, creating a flexible and dynamic living environment. A minimum of 10 meters separation between buildings prioritizes open space and enhances residents' quality of life. The material palette, including terrazzo, metal finishes, and permeable landscape paving, reflects a blend of durability and aesthetic appeal.
While the comprehensive architectural design was provided by Scandurra Studio, 2L Architects played a role in the successful execution of this vision through expert project management. This collaboration exemplifies how architectural innovation meets ecological sensitivity to create a truly remarkable urban space.
